Shipping Policy — Hoard TCG

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping (Tracked 48): £4.99 (Free on orders of £50.00 and up). Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.

    • Express Shipping (Tracked 24): £6.99. Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

  • Packaging: All trading cards and sealed products are securely packed to prevent transit damage. Single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders/card savers inside bubble mailers.

  • Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected window, please contact us immediately at support@hoardtcg.co.uk.
